Our ABA Therapy Services
Virtual ABA Therapy
Empower ABA offers virtual ABA therapy services for children with autism across New York, New Jersey, and Virginia. Through secure telehealth platforms, our clinicians deliver structured Applied Behavior Analysis sessions designed to support communication, behavior regulation, and daily living skills in a flexible online format.
Virtual ABA therapy allows families to access evidence-based behavioral support from home while maintaining consistent supervision and parent collaboration.
Social skills groups create opportunities for children to practice real-life interactions while receiving structured support from experienced clinicians.
What Is Virtual ABA Therapy?
Virtual ABA therapy delivers Applied Behavior Analysis services remotely through secure video sessions. Using structured digital tools and guided interaction, clinicians work directly with children and caregivers to build communication, social, and adaptive skills.
This approach combines evidence-based ABA techniques with technology, allowing therapy to continue consistently regardless of location.
During social skills groups, children learn how to initiate conversations, take turns, interpret social cues, manage emotions, and build friendships. ABA-based strategies such as modeling, positive reinforcement, role-playing, and guided practice are used to teach and strengthen appropriate social behaviors.
Social Skills Groups allow children to apply newly learned skills in real-time peer interactions while receiving structured feedback from trained clinicians. This group-based ABA approach supports confidence, independence, and meaningful social development.

How Virtual ABA Therapy Works
Initial Assessment
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) conducts an initial virtual assessment to evaluate your child’s strengths, challenges, and developmental goals. This evaluation helps determine whether telehealth-based ABA is appropriate and effective for your child.
Individualized Online Treatment Plan
Based on assessment results, a personalized treatment plan is developed with measurable goals. Sessions are structured to focus on communication skills, emotional regulation, social interaction, and behavior management within the virtual setting.
Live Telehealth Sessions
During virtual sessions, therapists use modeling, visual supports, reinforcement strategies, and interactive activities to teach and practice new skills. Parents may participate actively to help reinforce strategies outside of scheduled sessions.
Ongoing Supervision & Progress Monitoring
Session data is collected and reviewed regularly by the supervising BCBA. Goals are adjusted as needed to ensure continued progress and meaningful outcomes. Parent coaching is often integrated to maximize skill generalization.
