How In-Home ABA Therapy Works
Initial Assessment at Home
In-home ABA therapy begins with a comprehensive assessment conducted by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). During this visit, our clinical team observes your child’s communication skills, behaviors, daily routines, and learning patterns within the home environment. Assessing your child in a familiar setting helps us understand natural interactions and identify meaningful areas for growth.
Individualized Treatment Plan
Based on the assessment, we develop a personalized ABA therapy plan tailored to your child’s strengths and developmental needs. Goals may focus on communication, social interaction, adaptive skills, behavior regulation, and independence. Each objective is measurable and designed to promote steady progress through evidence-based strategies.
One-on-One Therapy Sessions
A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides structured, one-on-one sessions in your home. Using positive reinforcement, skill modeling, and step-by-step instruction, our therapists help children practice new skills in real-life situations. Delivering ABA therapy at home allows for natural skill application within daily routines.
Ongoing Supervision & Progress Monitoring
Throughout the process, session data is collected and reviewed regularly by the supervising BCBA. This data-driven approach allows us to adjust goals, refine strategies, and ensure your child continues progressing. Parents are actively involved, receiving guidance and support to reinforce learned skills outside of therapy sessions.
